With a holistic and evidence based approach, Sally works with clients on sleep improvement, gut health, hormone balance, weight management, energy levels and creating healthy choices that support long term health and vitality. With a background in naturopathic Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), Sally uses nutrition, lifestyle and self care strategies to help clients feel better from the inside out.
