If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register and participate in any of our workshops or coaching sessions. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• All sessions and workshops must be booked in advance through our website or authorised channels.
• Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.
• We accept payments via secure third-party processors.

• You may cancel a booking up to 7 business days before your session/workshop for a full refund.
• Cancellations after this period or non-attendance will not be refunded.
• If we cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.

• Our coaching and workshops are for personal development purposes only and do not constitute therapy, medical, financial, or legal advice.
• Results vary depending on your engagement and commitment. Meaningful results depend on your active participation — come curious, stay engaged, and we'll do our best to support and guide you throughout.

• You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
• You are responsible for attending sessions on time and engaging respectfully with coaches and other participants.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from sessions without refund.

• We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Personal data is used solely for service delivery, communication, and, where consented, marketing.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

• All content delivered in sessions and workshops, including handouts, exercises, and materials, remains the intellectual property of The Journey Node or its partners.
• You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without permission.

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your participation in our services.
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any coaching or workshop.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
